Golf Training
Cary On Fitness is a certified TPI Golf Fitness facility that uses the TPI Program to assess the efficiency of the client’s golf swing. This information provides feedback that helps us design a custom tailored program based on strengthening the client’s weakness in their golf mechanics.
We will examine common swing faults and compare the good the bad and the ugly to your current swing. A picture is truly worth a thousand words and does not lie. We will teach our client how to improve specific golf movements that will help create greater performance in your golf swing.
We will teach proper mechanical sequence of the golf movement. Learn to develop a smooth transition throughout the golf swing that is efficient and won’t cause repetitive trauma that will result in injury.
Golf Specific: core stabilization, strength, mobility and stability addresses the following areas
- pelvic tilt
- pelvic rotation
- upper trunk mobility<
- external rotation in the shoulder girdle
- glute/hip
- knee
- Ankle flexion and mobility
Designing the exercise routine will be based around addressing all these movement patterns and concentrating on the areas that are weak and underdeveloped.
